You will be instrumental in shaping our technology landscape, contributing to innovative solutions within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice. Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based microservices leveraging Spring Boot. Build and integrate RESTful APIs essential for scalable enterprise applications. Develop cloud-native and distributed systems following modern microservices architecture principles. Implement highly secure, performant, and resilient services. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum framework. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure strict adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing application performance.

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development is essential. Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Java microservices using Spring Boot. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs for enterprise-level applications. Demonstrated ability in developing cloud-native and distributed systems using microservices architecture. Expertise in implementing secure, performant, and resilient services. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. Experience integrating messaging solutions like Kafka. Knowledge of containerization using Docker and deployment on Kubernetes/OpenShift. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Skills in writing unit, integration, and automated tests for code quality. Familiarity with monitoring application health using logging and monitoring tools. Understanding of security, scalability, and reliability best practices.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
