Join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team as an IT Audit Manager in Bengaluru. This role is crucial in embedding cyber risk management into strategic development, ensuring the protection of valuable information and technology assets.

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of IT control frameworks and regulations like SOX. Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint IT control deficiencies and prioritize testing. Independently design and execute ITGC and ITAC test plans using diverse methodologies. Possess working knowledge in domains such as Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Access Control, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Identity Access Review, and Change Management. Understand security technologies including Cryptography, Algorithms, Secure IT Authentication, Secure Development, Data Protection, and Certificate Management.

Perform complex test procedures using both automated tools and manual techniques, documenting all results thoroughly. Analyze test findings to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation actions. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve control deficiencies and implement corrective measures. Lead and mentor junior team members on control testing best practices. Stay informed about emerging IT threats and control advancements.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or a related field with a focus on IT control testing. A strong understanding of IT controls frameworks and testing methodologies is essential. Familiarity with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, or Jira is required, along with hands-on experience with IT control testing tools.

Demonstrated experience in assessing and recommending improvements for automating manual control testing processes is a significant advantage. The ability to adapt to a dynamic control environment and evolving client needs is key. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, are paramount for success in this role.
