This role involves developing and refining enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, frameworks, and policies. You will conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to pinpoint critical services and recovery needs. Key responsibilities include defining Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), planning and executing DR exercises, and collaborating with various IT teams to ensure robust DR readiness. You will also develop Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), facilitate awareness programs, and support incident response efforts during disruptions.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, coupled with over 8 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or IT Risk Management. A strong grasp of DR methodologies, BCM frameworks, and operational resilience principles is essential. Experience with BIAs, risk assessments, DR testing, enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and GRC programs is required. Preferred certifications include CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, MBCI, PMP, Prince2, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP.
