As a Manager in the Infra & Real Estate team, you will be instrumental in driving both Business Development and the successful execution of client engagements. Your role involves leading teams, fostering their growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service that makes a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities include: - Spearheading business development initiatives within designated sectors and service areas. - Overseeing the end-to-end execution of transaction advisory mandates, including the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, marketing collateral, and bid process management. - Providing expert advice on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) across the entire project lifecycle. - Reviewing complex transaction documents and guiding the team through all phases of project execution. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships effectively. - Demonstrating a high commitment to learning and delivering across the transaction lifecycle. - Guiding the team with exceptional dedication to drive transaction and project closures.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Planning (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred). A postgraduate qualification in Management, an MBA, or CA qualification is highly desirable (CFA and degrees from premier universities are advantageous).

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in Infrastructure Finance and Public-Private Partnerships. Essential experience includes business plan formulation, investment decision-making, business case and techno-financial feasibility preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling, and transaction advisory.

Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management, are crucial. Candidates must possess strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and a good understanding of transaction documents. The ability to multitask across multiple engagements, fluency in written and verbal English, a robust work ethic, and a positive attitude are essential. Experience in PPP/Infrastructure Advisory is preferred.
