As a Manager, your core responsibilities include leading business development initiatives within designated sectors and services. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of transaction advisory mandates, including preparing business cases, conducting feasibility studies, managing marketing collateral, and orchestrating bid processes.
Provide expert advice on Public-Private Partnerships throughout the project lifecycle. Review critical transaction documents and guide your team through all phases of project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional client management and fostering strong partnerships.
A high commitment to learning and delivering excellence across the transaction lifecycle is essential. You will be expected to guide your team and demonstrate dedication to driving successful transaction and project closures.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Planning; a Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Post-graduation in Management, an MBA, or CA qualification is also required; a CFA designation and graduation from a premier university are advantageous.
Requires a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships. This includes expertise in business plan formulation, investment decisions, business case and techno-financial feasibility preparation, project financing, financial analysis, modeling, and transaction advisory.
Key skills include strong report writing and reviewing abilities with attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management. Essential attributes are strong commercial acumen, market awareness, good understanding of transaction documents, the ability to multitask, and fluency in written and verbal English. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are also crucial.
