Join our Integrated Program Management Office (PMO) team as a Manager, Internal Audit, specializing in Controls Assurance. You will play a crucial role in supporting disciplined planning, project controls, and risk management to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of complex projects. This onsite position in Mumbai offers a dynamic environment working with diverse teams and external partners.
As a Manager, you will enhance project visibility, proactively resolve execution bottlenecks, and foster seamless collaboration across all project stakeholders. We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics to contribute to our robust assurance framework.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, conduct critical path analysis, and perform float and forecasting assessments. Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction milestones, reviewing contractor recovery plans against baselines.
Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking physical and financial progress, KPIs, and commitments. Support cost forecasting, variance analysis, and contingency tracking.
Manage project risk and issue registers, monitor mitigation actions, and escalate critical risks. Track long-lead equipment, including expediting and factory acceptance. Coordinate interfaces between contractors, consultants, OEMs, and project teams, focusing on execution dependencies.
Prepare executive dashboards and management presentations. Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder communications. Conduct site reviews to validate progress, assess resource deployment, and ensure work-front readiness, following up on corrective actions.
Track commissioning readiness, manage punch lists, and oversee turnover documentation and operational readiness closure activities.
A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial) is required. A Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, MBA, or Infrastructure Management is preferred.
We are looking for extensive experience in project controls and schedule management within the mining, metals, mineral processing, power, oil & gas, manufacturing, infrastructure, or process industries. Proven ability in contractor coordination and reporting functions is essential.
Proficiency in developing executive dashboards, preparing MIS reports, and utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, and other project reporting software is critical. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, coordination, and follow-up skills are vital for success in this role.
The ideal candidate can identify and resolve project bottlenecks and thrive in a multicultural, project-driven environment. Experience with IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics will be a significant advantage.
