Join our team as a Manager in Internal Audit, focusing on Controls Assurance within the dynamic field of IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics. This role is based in Mumbai and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading firm.

As part of the Integrated Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a vital role in supporting disciplined planning, project controls, risk management, and integrated reporting. You'll collaborate closely with management, project teams, and external contractors to enhance visibility and ensure timely project delivery.

In this role, you will assist the Site Lead in establishing and operating the PMO framework, coordinating assigned projects, and maintaining integrated project schedules. Key responsibilities include performing critical path reviews, float analysis, and schedule impact assessments. You will monitor engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning milestones, review contractor recovery plans, and track physical and financial progress.

Further duties involve supporting cost forecasting and variance analysis, maintaining project risk and issue registers, and tracking long-lead equipment. You will coordinate interfaces between various project stakeholders and prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations. Conducting site reviews, assessing resource deployment, and tracking commissioning readiness are also core functions.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related) and a Master’s in Construction Management, Project Management, MBA, or Infrastructure Management is preferred. Experience within mining, metals, mineral processing, power, oil & gas, manufacturing, infrastructure, or process industry projects is essential.

Proven experience in schedule management, project controls, contractor coordination, and reporting functions is required. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools for executive dashboard development and MIS preparation is necessary. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, coordination, and follow-up skills are vital for success in this role. The ability to identify and resolve project bottlenecks is also a key requirement.
