As a Manager in our Integrations & Separations team, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing integration and separation strategies, supporting day-1 planning, and overseeing post-deal implementation programs across various industries like Digital, Technology, and Financial Services.
You will support clients and their teams through integration/separation processes, leading smaller assignments and contributing significantly to larger projects. This involves managing Programme Management Office activities, coordinating functional workstreams, facilitating client workshops, and preparing progress reports for senior executives. You'll also contribute to business development activities and foster an inclusive team culture where contributions are recognized and valued.
We seek a Manager with proven programme management experience within top-tier corporate institutions or consulting firms. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of the M&A process and transaction lifecycle, proficiency in delivering change management and transformation initiatives, and strong commercial acumen. Certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are preferred.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a flexible approach to business demands, excel at building trusted relationships, and possess strong facilitation and consensus-building skills. Excellent financial and analytical abilities, coupled with proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), are critical. A track record of strong academic achievement and full travel mobility are also required.
