As a Manager, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

- Rapidly understanding industries, company operations, and key business drivers. - Analyzing financial statements, annual reports, and other critical business information. - Executing and supporting complex valuation exercises, including business valuations, IP valuations, goodwill impairment testing, and valuations for deal support. - Preparing high-quality valuation models and reports within strict deadlines.

You will also support Deloitte member firms globally, develop sophisticated valuation models, conduct in-depth financial and industry analysis, and prepare essential sections of valuation reports. Effective communication with international engagement teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial.

To excel in this Managerial role, you should possess a strong academic record and a minimum of 5 years of relevant valuations experience. Experience with a Big 4 firm, leading investment bank, or their support centers is highly advantageous.

Essential competencies include:

- Deep understanding of financial and valuation principles. - Expertise in purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment testing per IFRS. - Proven financial modeling skills, particularly in building valuation models. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and a drive to master its capabilities. - Familiarity with research databases such as CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Factiva. - Excellent analytical, project management, and teamwork abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with systematic problem-solving capabilities.
