Our services encompass valuations for financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction support, and other commercial needs, including business valuation, IP valuation, purchase price allocations, fairness opinions, and audit support.

As a Manager within the Valuations Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your role will involve supporting all facets of valuation engagements, from understanding industry specifics and company drivers to interpreting financial statements and publicly available information.

You will actively participate in and execute a wide range of valuation exercises, including business valuations, intangible asset valuations from M&A, goodwill impairment testing, and valuations for deal support, fundraising, financial planning, and litigation. A key part of your role will be preparing high-quality deliverables, such as valuation models and reports, within agreed timelines.

Furthermore, you will contribute to engagements by supporting Deloitte member firms globally, developing complex valuation models for international entities, and analyzing financial and accounting data. This includes conducting industry research, drafting report sections, and liaising with international team members to ensure successful project outcomes under tight deadlines.

This Managerial role demands a solid foundation in business modeling services and professional expertise. A strong academic record and a minimum of 5 years of relevant valuations experience are essential. Prior experience with Big 4 firms or leading investment banks is advantageous.

Candidates should possess an in-depth understanding of financial and valuation principles, coupled with practical experience in purchase price allocation and goodwill/intangible impairment testing under IFRS. Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly building valuation models, is required. Advanced MS Excel skills are a must, along with extensive knowledge of research databases like CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, and Factiva.

Exceptional analytical, project management, and teamwork competencies are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected, alongside proven systematic problem-solving abilities. An interest in a challenging, dynamic environment and the capacity to work effectively with all organizational levels are key. Experience in business development and a proactive, inquisitive mindset focused on client service are highly valued. Occasional travel may be required.
