Lead strategic and operational consulting for capital infrastructure programs, including PMO setup, risk management, and cost control. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and manage cost breakdowns, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Track project progress, perform critical path analysis, and optimize schedules. Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to highlight key project metrics, risks, and resource constraints. Conduct due diligence on existing schedules to ensure integrity and adherence to industry best practices.

Support RFP responses as a subject matter expert and lead go-to-market activities to drive business growth. Mentor junior team members and conduct learning and development sessions in capital projects.

A minimum of 10-14 years of experience is required. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of EPC phases and demonstrate hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (cloud and on-prem), MS Project, and Power BI. Proven experience in schedule delay analysis, critical path management, and PMO functions is essential.

Direct client-facing experience with excellent articulation and communication skills is mandatory. Experience with at least two end-to-end capital projects is required. Additional desirable skills include PMP certification, knowledge of Digital Twin, SAP implementation, BIM, AI prompting, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies.
