This role focuses on defining, designing, and governing end-to-end functional and technical architectures for complex ERP implementations and cloud transformations. Lead the solution strategy across diverse business areas including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Projects, and more, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Provide critical leadership throughout the entire ERP lifecycle. Your expertise will guide projects from initial discovery and solution blueprinting through successful deployment, go-live, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Lead comprehensive business discovery workshops, meticulously gather requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders. Conduct in-depth business process assessments, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and develop robust solution blueprints. Define the Target Operating Model and design enterprise solution architectures.

Optimize cross-functional business processes across key areas such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Projects, and Service. Configure and govern Infor LN CloudSuite IE functional solutions, ensuring adherence to standard product capabilities. Develop overall technical architecture and integration strategies.

Design and implement advanced integrations using Infor OS, ION, API Gateway, Event Hub, and Data Lake. Lead the development of LN Extensions, customizations, workflows, reports, and document layouts. Oversee data migration, master data governance, and validation activities.

Establish best practices for development standards, security architecture, performance optimization, and deployment strategies. Conduct solution reviews, architecture governance, and quality assurance. Lead all phases of testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.

Mentor functional and technical consultants, offering project-wide technical leadership. Collaborate effectively with business leaders, project managers, partners, and executive stakeholders. Support cloud migration initiatives, system upgrades, and continuous improvement programs. Assist with presales activities, including solution estimation and proposal development.

This role requires 12-18 years of experience in ERP consulting and technical expertise, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience specifically with Infor LN CloudSuite IE. Proven experience leading multiple global full-cycle ERP implementations is essential.

Demonstrated experience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives, along with a strong understanding of DevSecOps and enterprise integration patterns, is highly valued. Expertise in integrating LN with various systems such as MES, PLM, CRM, WMS, and EDI, as well as a background in manufacturing industries like Discrete Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Aerospace, or High-Tech, will be a significant advantage.

Familiarity with India Localization requirements (GST/TDS) and experience in presales, solution estimation, and business development are also desirable. An undergraduate degree is required for this position.
