As a Software Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, hiring, and cultivating high-performing, cross-geography engineering teams. You will define, drive, and execute the vision for innovative software solutions. This includes initiating processes that foster efficient collaboration between local and global teams.

You will lead the software development for the TITANS team, responsible for full-stack tools that empower transportation planning and network optimization. Your leadership will enable business planning teams with advanced workflow and planning automation platforms crucial for critical business decisions.

A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience is required, coupled with 3+ years in engineering team management. You should have over 8 years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

A strong understanding of engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and live-site operations, is essential. Experience partnering with product or program management teams is also a key requirement for this role.
