As a Manager in our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team, you will lead and manage projects, taking ownership of deliverables with support from junior team members. You will also be responsible for leading and developing junior staff, cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, and producing high-quality reports within deadlines. Key activities include:
- Analyzing historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets. - Reviewing projections and their underlying assumptions. - Identifying and reporting potential risks and issues impacting deal considerations. - Working across diverse industries and transaction types, from IPOs to cross-border acquisitions. - Collaborating with international teams on engagements of varying durations. - Supporting a range of clients, from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses. - Potential for international secondment opportunities.
We are seeking a CA qualified professional or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, to join our Mumbai-based team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
Ideal candidates will possess:
