As a Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include leading requirement gathering and solution design workshops, implementing enterprise Maximo and TRIRIGA solutions, and configuring business processes. You'll also provide architectural guidance, support data migration, testing, and deployment, and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and leadership.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA, preferably with North American project experience. A Bachelor's degree in any specialization is required. Proven success in delivering multiple large-scale IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA implementations is essential, alongside experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs. Strong consulting, client-facing, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role. Experience with various IWMS modules is highly valued.
