As a key player in the Talent team, you will provide strategic guidance across HR functions. Your responsibilities include managing HR processes for 400-600 employees, focusing on stakeholder management, employee advocacy, and engagement.

You will also drive talent management initiatives, streamline performance reviews, conduct retention conversations, and support new joiner integration. Ensuring operational excellence and compliance with employment laws will be crucial. Furthermore, you will contribute to location-specific initiatives and process automation efforts.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. A strong understanding of HR functions, best practices, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Candidates must possess knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. A Master's degree or HR certification, along with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HR Operations, is required.
