This role is part of the Talent Development team within the CBS (Client Business Services) division, focusing on HR Operations. The team collaborates across functions to develop strategic solutions that align with our employer value proposition and business strategy. We partner with business leaders to provide strategic talent advice, drive engagement, and bring our strategy to life.
The Talent team encompasses areas like Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, alongside enabling functions such as HR Systems, Operations, and People Data Analytics. We leverage global strengths to manage HR technology, projects, and processes, ensuring exceptional employee experiences.
Drive the design and execution of corporate wellbeing programs, including health-focused initiatives led by medical professionals like MBBS doctors, nutritionists, and physiotherapists.
Coordinate multidisciplinary wellbeing services and operational workflows to ensure seamless program delivery.
Apply consulting-oriented problem-solving to align wellness solutions with employee engagement goals and organizational needs.
Manage HR operations specifically for talent development, emphasizing structured, scalable, and compliant wellbeing initiatives.
Possess a strong understanding of corporate wellbeing program design with practical experience in health-focused interventions.
Demonstrate the ability to plan and execute talent development and employee wellness programs within a corporate HR setting.
Skilled in coordinating diverse wellbeing services and operational processes for effective program execution.
Exhibit consulting-oriented problem-solving capabilities to connect wellness strategies with employee engagement and business objectives.
Proven experience managing HR operations related to talent development, ensuring initiatives are structured, scalable, and compliant.
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
