Design and implement campus hiring strategies for engineering, B-school, graduate, and specialized talent. Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including workforce planning, assessments, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, placement cells, student bodies, and recruitment partners. Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop scalable campus hiring plans.

Track key hiring metrics such as diversity, conversion rates, joining ratios, and hiring quality to continuously improve recruitment outcomes. Ensure an exceptional EY experience for all candidates throughout their journey.

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations and 3 years in Talent Acquisition. A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.

Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
