Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Tax practice, developing and executing strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.

Build robust talent pipelines for critical Tax roles through proactive market mapping and engagement.

Partner closely with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on market trends and hiring recommendations.

Manage the candidate journey to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and governance standards.

Leverage talent intelligence to monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring goals.

Coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with an MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources being preferred.

You should possess 8–12 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years specifically supporting hiring within Tax, Consulting, Legal, or Professional Services.

Demonstrated success in attracting niche Tax professionals across various levels and experience in partnering with senior leadership for complex hiring mandates is essential.
