As a Manager for Talent Acquisition within the Tax practice, your core responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. This involves partnering closely with Tax leadership to anticipate workforce needs and build robust talent pipelines for high-calibre professionals across all levels.

Key duties include leading end-to-end recruitment for the Tax practice, identifying innovative sourcing strategies for niche roles, and serving as a trusted talent advisor. You will actively participate in workforce planning, provide market insights and compensation benchmarks, and manage hiring across various Tax service lines.

Ensuring a seamless candidate journey, conducting competency-based interviews, and managing offer negotiations are crucial. You will also oversee recruitment operations, ensure compliance with SLAs, and drive process improvements. Additionally, you will monitor hiring trends, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with employer branding teams to enhance EY's market position. Coaching team members and fostering a collaborative recruitment culture are also integral aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with an MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources being preferred.

You should possess 8–12 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience. At least 5 of these years must have been focused on supporting hiring within Tax, Consulting, Legal, or other Professional Services environments.
