A minimum of 7 years of experience in government consulting, or within government or donor agencies, specifically within the healthcare domain, is essential. Prior consulting or advisory experience in the development sector is highly advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong networks and established relationships within the public sector, including government bodies and donor agencies.

A comprehensive understanding of the health sector, public health structures, and health programs is mandatory. Outstanding academic credentials, encompassing both undergraduate and graduate studies, are required.
