As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Consulting, you will focus on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale software solutions. This role involves leading the creation of robust pipelines and managing code deployment across diverse environments. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Your responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis. Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions will be paramount.

Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and functional analysts, assessing integration impacts on business architecture. Develop technical architecture and design specifications, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities. Implement solutions aligned with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes. Establish and maintain technical design and development guides, templates, and standards.

Facilitate daily scrum meetings, manage project deliverables, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership. Conduct detailed deliverable reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate effectively with onsite clients, coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional teams. Design and implement templates or scripts to automate routine development and operational tasks.

A minimum of 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration is essential. You should be proficient in designing and developing Guidewire Integration Components and configuring Billing systems.

Proven experience in application maintenance, production support, and leading a team of 4-6 members is required. Experience in functional and technical systems analysis and design, system architectural design, process interfaces, process flow design, system impact analysis, and design documentation is also necessary.

Demonstrated experience in developing applications using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing processes. Familiarity with SCRUM agile development methodology and experience working with agile development teams (Scrum or Kanban) is expected. Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining programming environments and architectural standards, along with the ability to estimate work products, is key. A proactive approach to driving improvement and innovation is valued.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required. Experience with platform upgrades is a must. Hands-on experience with GOSU, Web Services, and XML is critical. A strong understanding of Guidewire Integration and Configuration concepts, and the ability to write GOSU code are essential. Guidewire ACE or Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
