Join our team as an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager, focusing on ServiceNow. This role is based in Pune and offers a significant opportunity to drive enterprise technology solutions that foster functional excellence and enable long-term growth.

You will leverage your extensive experience in ServiceNow development to lead end-to-end implementations and provide strategic guidance.

Lead comprehensive ServiceNow implementations across ITOM, GRC, and ITAM modules, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment.

Design and configure scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.

Provide expert advisory services on platform best practices, governance, and optimization, while ensuring seamless cross-functional team collaboration.

Manage project lifecycles, including stakeholder communication, planning, risk assessment, and team mentorship.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, complemented by 8–12 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM), ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping), or ITAM (HAM, SAM).

Possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks, alongside solid knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are essential, as is experience managing global delivery teams.
