Lead operational excellence within government advisory initiatives, focusing on industry and domain solutions. This role is integral to the GPS Industry S sector, ensuring effective project execution and robust monitoring.

Drive the successful delivery of government projects by overseeing schedules, plans, and contractor performance. The objective is to maintain project momentum and adherence to quality standards.

Oversee project schedules, work plans, and contractor submissions, diligently tracking key milestones and progress reports.

Proactively identify and mitigate project delays, bottlenecks, cost risks, quality issues, and dependencies, recommending corrective actions and escalating critical concerns.

Coordinate with government departments to ensure seamless and timely project execution.

Develop and maintain project-specific dashboards and MIS, encompassing physical and financial progress, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.

Support the creation of early-warning systems for projects at risk of delay, cost escalation, or non-compliance.

Prepare comprehensive periodic progress reports, management dashboards, review presentations, and briefing notes for senior government officials.

Facilitate stakeholder review meetings and maintain detailed action trackers for the prompt closure of decisions and issues.

Aid in data collection and analysis to identify trends, recurring implementation challenges, and opportunities for enhancing project delivery outcomes.

Undertake additional program management and infrastructure monitoring activities as directed by PMU leadership.
