Seeking a skilled Manager to join our Government Advisory team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on overseeing project operations, industry insights, and domain solutions within the GPS Industry sector. Contribute to the successful execution of vital government projects through diligent monitoring and coordination.

This position is crucial for ensuring projects align with strategic goals and are delivered efficiently. You will play a key role in enhancing project delivery mechanisms and fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing project schedules, work plans, and contractor submissions, alongside tracking progress reports and identifying critical milestones.

Proactively identify project delays, bottlenecks, cost risks, quality issues, and dependencies, proposing effective corrective actions and escalating significant concerns. Coordinate seamlessly with government departments to ensure the timely and smooth execution of projects.

Maintain comprehensive project-wise dashboards and Management Information Systems (MIS) covering physical and financial progress, milestones, risks, issues, and action plans. Develop early-warning systems for projects susceptible to delays, cost overruns, or quality non-compliance.

Prepare concise periodic progress reports, management dashboards, and presentations for senior government officials. Support review meetings with stakeholders, diligently tracking action items for prompt closure of decisions and issues.

Assist in data collection and analysis to uncover trends, recurring implementation challenges, and opportunities for optimizing project delivery. Undertake additional program management and infrastructure monitoring activities as assigned by the PMU leadership.
