Lead comprehensive program and project delivery, overseeing all stages from initiation and planning through execution and closure.

Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including key milestones, workstreams, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.

Ensure seamless coordination across business, technology, operations, and program teams to achieve strategic objectives and desired outcomes.

Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, promoting engagement, alignment, and efficient decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing the complete project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on Business Transformation.

Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, coupled with experience in the BFSI sector.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder, customer, change, and risk management, ensuring timely project execution.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities are essential.

Possess a proactive mindset, a strong desire to learn, and the capacity to adapt quickly to new challenges.

Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations for steering committees is required.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Flexibility and a collaborative approach to working across diverse business and technology groups are key.

Readiness to travel for client workshops and meetings is expected.

While knowledge of the Data Protection Act is not mandatory, it is considered a valuable asset.
