This role is integral to helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture, manage cyber risks effectively, and leverage new opportunities through secure and resilient operations. You will embed cyber risk management into strategic development, ensuring robust protection of information and technology assets.

Deloitte empowers clients to prevent cyberattacks and safeguard critical assets by fostering a secure, vigilant, and resilient environment. Our approach goes beyond mere attack prevention and response, focusing on managing cyber risk to unlock new potential. We integrate cyber risk considerations from the outset of strategy formulation for superior information and technology risk management.

Responsibilities

As a Manager within our Cyber team, you will cultivate strong working relationships with both internal teams and clients, consistently aiming to surpass client expectations. This involves demonstrating strategic thinking by translating complex AI and cybersecurity challenges into actionable, business-aligned solutions.

You will provide technical leadership, overseeing security architecture reviews for AI-enabled platforms and data environments. Furthermore, you will leverage proven consulting experience in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes. Excellent communication skills are essential, including proficiency in stakeholder management, delivering executive-level presentations, and producing comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

We seek a Manager with deep expertise in AI Security, including a thorough understanding of AI/ML technologies, associated security threats like data/model poisoning and adversarial ML, and effective mitigation strategies. A strong command over AI risk frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act is required, alongside their alignment with traditional cyber risk frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC 2.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity is necessary, with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to AI governance, data security, or Responsible AI initiatives.
