This role offers the opportunity to shape and implement cutting-edge AI security and governance programs for global clients, driving innovation and ensuring responsible AI deployment.

Lead AI Security Program initiatives, assessing, designing, and operationalizing robust governance frameworks. Drive the implementation of AI governance standards like ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF, integrating them with existing enterprise risk management systems.

Develop AI-specific security controls addressing model management, data lineage, algorithmic accountability, and regulatory compliance. Establish policies for Responsible AI, ensuring ethical and transparent AI deployment. Oversee security architecture reviews for AI/ML pipelines. Contribute to thought leadership by developing insights and methodologies in AI security. Manage senior client relationships, project scope, deliverables, and remediation roadmaps. Mentor junior team members and foster capability building in AI security.

We are seeking an experienced professional with deep AI security expertise, a strong command of governance and risk management frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 27001, NIST CSF), and strategic thinking abilities. Technical leadership experience in security architecture reviews and proven consulting experience in client and project management are essential.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, and report writing skills are required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with 7-10 years of cybersecurity experience (including 3+ years in AI governance or Responsible AI), is necessary. Highly desirable certifications include ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP, and data privacy certifications.
