Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI applications, utilizing LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Azure AI services. Architect and build scalable RAG pipelines, integrating diverse enterprise data sources, vector databases, and knowledge repositories. Develop intelligent AI agents capable of complex reasoning, tool utilization, and autonomous workflow execution for enterprise automation. Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to ensure efficient and secure delivery of AI solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentor a team of developers, and uphold high engineering standards through rigorous code reviews and quality assurance. Collaborate effectively with business and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable and reliable AI solutions. Ensure all AI implementations adhere to principles of Responsible AI, security, compliance, and cost optimization.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related engineering field is required. You should possess over 10 years of comprehensive technology experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise application development and a minimum of 3 years specifically in AI/GenAI development, including LLM-based applications. Demonstrated experience in leading development teams for enterprise-scale software or AI solutions is essential.

Hands-on proficiency in Azure environments and cloud-native application deployment is a must. Experience with Agile methodologies, solution design, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and production support is also crucial. Expertise in Python is mandatory, complemented by strong skills in API development, microservices, backend services, and cloud technologies like Azure Functions and AKS.
