Lead Pods in delivering AI-driven Quality Engineering (QE) services. You will be instrumental in driving AI-based test design, automation, and optimization efforts. Implement robust QE practices for AI, including model validation and sophisticated test data strategies.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor productivity gains, and ensure value realization for clients. Support client engagements through effective reporting and contribute to the development of valuable assets and accelerators.

A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in QE/Testing is required. Proven expertise in managing Pods delivering AI-led QE services and driving AI-based test design, automation, and optimization is essential. Experience in implementing QE for AI practices, model validation, and test data strategies is crucial.

Strong skills in tracking KPIs, productivity gains, and value realization are necessary. You should be adept at supporting client engagement and reporting, and contributing to asset building and accelerators. Familiarity with automation frameworks and AI-driven testing approaches is expected. Exposure to GenAI tools and scripting, preferably Python, alongside strong delivery management and team leadership skills, will set you apart.
