Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using Generative AI technologies, including frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

Oversee system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching to maintain optimal system health.

Work extensively with large language models (LLMs), encompassing both Open Source LLMs and Enterprise LLMs like OpenAI.

Manage transport management and critical system refresh activities to ensure data integrity and system stability.

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for a variety of Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks, including text summarization, translation, and question answering, to enhance business capabilities.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, and LangGraph is essential for this role.

Demonstrate at least 2 years of proficient Python programming specifically for AI/ML applications.

Possess practical experience working with large language models and robust NLP pipelines.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra is required.

Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents are crucial.

Experience with both open-source and enterprise-grade LLMs is a must.

An educational background in B.Tech/BE is required.

Strong Excel skills and proven experience handling high data volumes are necessary.
