This leadership position focuses on managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of data modernization and migration programs. You will be the key liaison between our organization and clients, driving satisfaction and business growth by aligning goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Oversee the successful delivery of data engineering programs and client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Drive client satisfaction and business growth by ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and budgets.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Build robust batch and real-time data processing systems, and manage data migration and modernization initiatives from on-premise to GCP. Define data models, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

We seek an experienced GCP Data Engineer with 8-11 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years focused on GCP Data Engineering projects and proven leadership experience. Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Spark, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and real-time streaming solutions are essential.

Proficiency with GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Storage is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) is highly valued.

Additional strengths include experience in designing data platforms, leading data migration programs, defining data models, and implementing monitoring and security standards. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a B.Tech/BE degree are preferred.
