As a Manager, you will spearhead key workstreams and manage significant GBS engagements, ensuring high delivery quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading GBS strategy and operating model design, developing value cases, and supporting location and workforce planning. You will also oversee transition delivery for functions like Finance, HR, and IT, manage knowledge transfer, and track service performance. Furthermore, you'll leverage analytics and automation to enhance GBS programs and collaborate with digital and AI teams. Client stakeholder management at senior levels and leading project teams of 5–15 members are critical aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 7–10 years of consulting or transformation experience. A Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 college or Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, with a Master’s or MBA being preferred. Demonstrated experience in GBS/shared services/outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management is required. Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs, lead teams, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must. Experience with technology-led transformation programs and developing strategic points of view is highly valued. Expertise in shared services functions such as Finance or HR is advantageous. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members are expected. Exposure to technologies like AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, or Automation tools is a plus, as is experience in vendor management strategy.
