Spearhead the development and refinement of GBS strategies and business cases, including detailed value propositions for cost, productivity, talent, and scalability. Support location assessments and workforce planning.

Design critical elements of Target Operating Models, encompassing governance, service scope, and sourcing strategies. Lead transition initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital functions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and service stabilization.

Leverage analytics, process mining, and automation to enhance GBS and outsourcing programs. Collaborate with digital and AI teams to integrate cutting-edge technology into delivery models.

Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, managing governance meetings and steering committees. Lead project teams of 5–15 members, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and desired outcomes. Foster collaboration across internal Deloitte teams.

Actively contribute to proposal development, RFPs, and solutioning. Support the creation of intellectual property, thought leadership, and overall capability building within the practice.

A seasoned professional with 9–11 years of experience in consulting or transformation roles is sought. A Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college or Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, with a Master's or MBA being highly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in GBS/shared services/outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management is crucial. Experience with large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs and managing teams and client workstreams is required.

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is necessary. Experience executing technology-led transformation programs and a knack for developing insightful points of view and thought leadership are key.

Possess expertise in at least one shared services function such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or IT operations. Familiarity with vendor management strategy and operations is beneficial. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members are highly valued.
