Join our GBS Strategy & Operations team in Bengaluru as a Manager, focusing on Functional Transformation within Finance. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise technology as an engine for functional excellence, innovation, and sustained growth.

Spearhead the development and co-lead GBS strategy initiatives, crafting robust business cases and detailed value propositions that encompass cost savings, productivity gains, talent strategy, and scalability frameworks.

Design comprehensive Target Operating Models for GBS, defining governance structures, service scopes, and sourcing strategies. You will also lead transition workstreams across critical functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital.

Leverage advanced analytics, process mining, and automation concepts to enhance GBS and outsourcing programs. Collaborate with digital and AI teams to seamlessly integrate technology into delivery models.

Effectively manage senior client stakeholders, lead Steering Committee and Governance meetings, and direct project teams of 5–15 members to ensure exceptional quality, adherence to timelines, and achievement of desired outcomes. Foster cross-functional and cross-geographical collaboration with Deloitte teams.

Contribute to Request for Proposals (RFPs), solutioning, and proposal development. Support intellectual property creation, thought leadership initiatives, and ongoing capability building within the practice.

A minimum of 9 to 11 years of experience in consulting or transformation roles is essential, ideally with a Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college or a Chartered Accountant qualification. A Master's or MBA is highly preferred.

Demonstrate strong experience in GBS/shared services/outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management. Proven exposure to large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs is required.

Your background should include experience in managing teams and client workstreams, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions, geographies, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is mandatory.

Experience in executing technology-led transformation programs is key. You should possess the ability to develop insightful points of view and support thought leadership. Expertise in at least one shared services function like Finance, HR, Procurement, or IT operations/processes is crucial.

Familiarity with vendor management strategy and operations is a plus. Possess strong leadership qualities and the capability to mentor junior team members. Exposure to technologies like AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, Automation, and Engineering tools is advantageous. Extensive domestic and international travel is a requirement for this role.
