Spearhead Global Business Services (GBS) strategy development and business case creation, meticulously crafting value propositions for cost, productivity, talent, and scalability.
Design comprehensive Target Operating Models for GBS, encompassing governance, service scope, and sourcing strategies. Lead transition workstreams across critical functions like Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital.
Leverage analytics, process mining, and automation to embed technology within GBS and outsourcing initiatives. Effectively manage senior client stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings.
Lead project teams of 5–15 members, ensuring high-quality outcomes within stipulated timelines. Foster practice development by contributing to RFPs, solutioning, and proposal development, while also supporting intellectual property creation and thought leadership.
A seasoned professional with 9–11 years of experience in consulting or transformation initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 college or Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, with a Master's or MBA being a strong preference.
Demonstrate robust experience in GBS/shared services/outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management, coupled with exposure to large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs.
Proven ability to manage teams and client workstreams, working effectively across diverse functions, geographies, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
Experience in executing technology-led transformation programs and developing insightful points of view for thought leadership is expected. Expertise in one or more shared services functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT) is vital. Exposure to vendor management strategies and operations is advantageous.
Possess strong leadership qualities, with the capacity to mentor consultants and junior team members. Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, and Automation tools is a plus. Please note that this role involves extensive domestic and international travel.
