Join our Strategy & Operations team as a Manager in Delhi, focusing on Finance Transformation within Global Business Services (GBS). This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape GBS strategies, design target operating models, and lead complex transformation initiatives across various functions. You will engage with senior stakeholders and lead project teams to deliver exceptional results. The role also involves significant practice development and thought leadership within the firm.

Support and co-lead GBS strategy formulation and business case development, creating detailed value propositions for cost, productivity, talent, and scalability. Design key components of Global Business Services Target Operating Models, including governance, service scope, and sourcing strategies, while leading transition workstreams across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics, and Digital. Apply advanced analytics, process mining, and automation concepts to GBS and outsourcing programs, collaborating with digital and AI teams to integrate technology into delivery models. Manage client relationships at the senior manager/director level, leading Steering Committee and Governance meetings, and overseeing project teams of 5–15 members to ensure quality and timely delivery. Contribute to Request for Proposals (RFPs), solutioning, and proposal development, alongside supporting intellectual property creation, thought leadership, and capability building within the practice.

A minimum of 9-11 years of experience in consulting or transformation roles is essential. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institution or be a Chartered Accountant; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred. Demonstrated strong experience in GBS/shared services/outsourcing strategy, design, and transition management is crucial. Proven exposure to large-scale, multi-functional transformation programs and experience managing teams and client workstreams are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is necessary. Experience executing technology-led transformation programs and developing thought leadership is also expected. Expertise in one or more shared services functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, IT) and familiarity with vendor management strategies are advantageous. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members are key. Exposure to technologies like AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, and Automation tools is a plus. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel.
