Partner with teams to deliver exceptional engagement outcomes while managing project health. Proactively identify and implement improvements to optimize processes and ways of working. Develop innovative, customer-centric RFP and RFI responses and solutions that drive deal wins. Provide clear status communications to project and business teams. Contribute to practice development through training, recruitment, and asset creation. Present ideas clearly to senior client stakeholders and lead sales origination efforts. Leverage and enhance frameworks, methodologies, and solutions, integrating AI knowledge into GBS initiatives.

A strong background in Finance domain knowledge, with preference for the FS sector and a robust network. Proven experience in GBS setup activities like activity analysis, cost baselining, location assessment, business case creation, and target model design. Familiarity with GBS/SSC setup engagements and Business Transition assignments is essential. Experience participating in and winning proposals, solutions, and RFP/RFI responses is required. Availability to work across global client time zones is necessary. Experience in finance functions or sectors like Banking, Insurance, Wealth Asset Management, or Supply Chain, covering areas such as account reconciliations, journals, variance analysis, and intercompany accounting, is beneficial. Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial reports, along with knowledge of financial close activities and ledger/sub-ledger systems (SAP ERP/HANA, Oracle GL are good to have), are expected.
