We are seeking an experienced professional to lead program governance for critical initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in coordinating across diverse teams and ensuring robust project management practices are adhered to throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Lead overall program governance for Workday implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, coordinating execution across functional, business, and technology teams.

Establish robust governance mechanisms, including steering committees and status reporting. Proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical items as needed. Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of functional requirements and design decisions with business needs.

A strong background in program and project management, with experience in enterprise transformation initiatives is essential. Familiarity with Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes and HR operations is preferred.

Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation. Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and managing cross-functional teams is required. Prior Workday implementation experience is highly desirable.
