Seeking an experienced Manager to lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) initiatives. This role involves end-to-end delivery management for integrations across Oracle Fusion, EBS, and third-party systems. The position requires expertise in designing, developing, and managing robust integration architectures.

Key responsibilities include planning scope, managing milestones, and ensuring adherence to quality and security standards. The role also involves identifying and resolving integration risks and issues, and providing technical leadership for OIC solutions.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be the primary integration point of contact, contributing to solution design, technical workshops, and architecture reviews. Support for new engagements, including pursuits and estimations, is also expected.

Lead the complete delivery cycle for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workstreams, connecting Oracle Fusion, EBS, and external applications.

Effectively manage integration scope, project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Uphold rigorous delivery governance, quality benchmarks, and security protocols throughout the integration process.

Proactively identify potential integration risks and issues, driving their swift resolution and escalating when necessary.

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions leveraging OIC capabilities.

Guide the development of various integration patterns, including app-driven, scheduled, and event-based flows.

Advise on the optimal use of OIC adapters such as ERP Cloud, REST, SOAP, FTP, and ServiceNow.

Implement and promote best practices for error handling, reprocessing mechanisms, monitoring, and logging.

Support complex integration scenarios, including Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration and coexistence strategies.

Possess 3 to 11 years of comprehensive IT and integration experience, with a dedicated 4 to 6 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Demonstrate strong experience in integrating Oracle Fusion Applications with diverse external systems.

Proven track record of leading integration workstreams and successfully managing delivery teams.

Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data formats like XML/JSON, security principles, and middleware concepts is essential.

Client-facing experience, including participation in solution design discussions and architecture reviews, is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
