Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Manager to lead technical delivery and architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. This role involves overseeing integrations, reporting, data migration, and technical enhancements, ensuring high quality, performance, and stability.

Lead technical architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations, reporting, and data migration projects. Establish robust development standards and frameworks. Oversee technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, databases, and third-party applications.

Manage end-to-end technical delivery, including estimations, resource planning, and monitoring progress against project commitments. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. Drive continuous service improvement and problem management.

Develop and mentor a team of technical consultants. Manage resource allocation and skill development. Contribute to presales discussions and client engagement. Ensure efficient production support and incident management.

Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture, integration delivery using OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and APIs (REST/SOAP). Strong understanding of Oracle EBS, databases, and related technologies is essential.

Demonstrated ability in delivery and project management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation. Experience managing technical teams, including mentoring and development, is crucial.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Experience with production support governance, incident, and problem management is also necessary.
