Seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Order Management Consultant for a full-time, onsite role in Bengaluru. This position requires 5-10 years of in-depth experience with Oracle ERP implementations, particularly in Oracle Fusion Order Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in multiple implementation, support, and upgrade projects, spanning the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-production support.

This role emphasizes hands-on involvement in solution design, configuration, testing, training, and successful go-live transitions. Collaboration with various project stakeholders and a commitment to staying current with Oracle Cloud advancements are key. An Oracle Cloud Certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key responsibilities include leading and participating in Oracle Fusion Order Management implementations, upgrades, and support. This involves conducting workshops to gather functional requirements, designing tailored solutions, and configuring Oracle Fusion Order Management and related SCM modules. Preparing and delivering Conference Room Pilots (CRP), developing comprehensive functional design documents, and supporting end-to-end testing cycles are also critical. The role extends to facilitating data conversion, integrations, reporting, and cutover activities, as well as leading customer training and change management efforts. Successful deployment and hypercare support transitions are essential, alongside providing ongoing production support and issue resolution.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Applications, with significant expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle Fusion Order Management. Proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects, along with experience in Oracle Cloud support and upgrade engagements, is essential. A solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and knowledge of associated Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), and Shipping are required. Procurement experience is preferred. Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital, along with the ability to thrive both independently and within a dynamic consulting team environment.
