Join our dynamic team as a Manager overseeing Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology, enabling long-term growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead critical projects and ensure the seamless integration of Oracle financial modules. Your expertise will be key to transforming business processes and delivering impactful solutions.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledger modules. Facilitate business requirement workshops and design sessions, translating needs into functional specifications and configuring Oracle Cloud modules.

Manage a team of functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment. Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary client contact for finance-related matters, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Provide post-go-live support and ensure compliance with business processes and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 9 years of Oracle Financials experience, including at least 3 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Expertise in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is essential.

Possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is crucial. Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units in Oracle Cloud, along with proven success in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support, is expected. Excellent communication skills are a must.
