This management role focuses on leading Oracle Cloud Finance implementations within Deloitte. The team is dedicated to leveraging enterprise technology as a catalyst for functional excellence and innovation, driving long-term growth.

We are seeking a leader to spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance projects, from initial business requirement workshops and solution design to configuration and deployment.

Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex business needs into functional specifications, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring project success through meticulous oversight of integration, data migration, and testing phases.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger areas.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and drive solution design sessions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle.

Supervise integration, data migration, and testing activities, ensuring seamless operation across modules and with external systems.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting specialists.

Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-related functional matters.

Provide robust post-go-live support, address issues promptly, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including at least 5 successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrate strong functional proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Exhibit a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP.

Possess proven experience in setting up COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud.

Have hands-on experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover procedures, and Post-Go-Live Support.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
