Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledger functionalities. Lead requirement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud modules.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment. Oversee crucial activities such as integration, data migration, and comprehensive testing. Ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives. Serve as the main client contact for all finance-related functional matters, providing ongoing support and improvement recommendations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 5 full Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Demonstrable functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, SLA) is essential.

Solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is necessary. Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is expected. Experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is a key requirement. Excellent communication skills are vital for this client-facing role.
