Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is central to driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology.

We are seeking a leader to guide end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming business needs into effective financial solutions. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' financial operations.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledger functionalities. Facilitate business requirement workshops and design sessions, translating client needs into functional specifications and configuring Oracle Cloud Financial modules.

Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities, ensuring seamless operation across modules and external systems. Drive project deliverables, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks. Act as the main client liaison for all finance-related functional matters and provide essential post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, alongside substantial experience in Oracle Financials, specifically with at least five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Demonstrable functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, SLA) is essential.

We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is critical, as is hands-on experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support. Excellent communication skills are a must.
