Implement and configure core Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Support end-to-end implementation lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Analyze business needs, mapping them to Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities, and participate actively in workshops for fit-gap analysis and solution design. Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and comprehensive test scenarios. Recommend best practices and standard Oracle functionality to meet client objectives.

Collaborate closely with technical teams for cross-module integrations, ensuring seamless financial transaction flows across Procurement, Order Management, Projects, and external systems. Validate accounting entries and perform reconciliations between subledgers and the General Ledger to ensure data integrity.

Prepare and execute unit test cases, alongside supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate transactions, accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, assets, journals, and GL balances thoroughly. Support defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

A seasoned professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud Applications, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. Possess good functional knowledge across key modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.

Proven experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or transformation program is essential. This includes practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support. Candidates should exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent client communication skills.

Experience working within a global delivery or offshore model is advantageous. Proficiency in writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Calc Manager rules, MDX scripts, and MaxL scripts is required. Familiarity with Management Reporting, Cost Allocations, Budgeting, and Rolling Forecasts, along with an understanding and experience in setting up security, user groups, and provisioning, is highly desirable.
