Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Manager focused on Oracle Cloud Finance. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our organization. You will be instrumental in leading transformative Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules. Conduct vital business requirement workshops and solution design sessions. Translate complex business needs into precise functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants through all project phases: design, build, testing, and deployment. Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities across various modules and external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads. Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timeline, scope, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolve issues promptly, and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. A minimum of 9 years of experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 3 successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is necessary. You should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is also expected.

Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is key. Proven capabilities in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover planning, and Post-Go-Live Support are vital for success in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
