Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is crucial for leading enterprise technology initiatives, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation within the finance domain. You will be instrumental in transforming financial operations through advanced Oracle Cloud solutions.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, encompassing modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and i-Expense. Facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders. Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules to meet these requirements.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and testing across various modules and with external systems. Ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads.

Drive project deliverables, meticulously ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-related functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, effective issue resolution, and deliver continuous improvement recommendations. Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required, complemented by a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials. This includes a proven track record of at least 5 successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. Possess a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS or GAAP. Experience in setting up Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is essential.

Proven experience in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover strategies, and Post-Go-Live Support is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
