The position is based in Pune, India, within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of finance technology for our clients.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, encompassing modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger functionalities.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and collaborate on solution design with key stakeholders.

Translate intricate business needs into functional specifications and skillfully configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment stages.

Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities across various modules and external systems.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting specialists.

Ensure project deliverables meet timeline, scope, and quality benchmarks.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients on all finance functional matters.

Provide robust post-go-live support, resolve issues, and propose continuous improvement strategies.

Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is essential.

Possess extensive Oracle Financials experience, with a proven track record in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in core Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Exhibit a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards such as IFRS/GAAP.

Experience in configuring COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is required.

Showcase proven experience in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.
